Rarely, when we manually run debit/credit cards if your security measures on your card are high, then you might have to unlock the funds. If you do please keep in mind these few rules. Any time you talk to a banking entity about kratom with any company these rules apply.
The Do's & Don'ts Of Using A Debit/Credit Card For Kratom
Do's:
Don'ts:
- Be aware of how you word the product.
- Make sure that the card holder is aware that 'Miracle Plant Mix' will be on the statement.
- Our Processor sometimes emails the card holder when we run the card. This happens only if you have used the processor previously and your account is set for automatic receipts. Just be aware.
- Double check all your card info before sending.
- Keep all communication with Re-leaf LLC to texts, emails directly, or calls directly.
- If anyone asks its a proprietary plant mix to make your garden happy! :)
Don'ts:
- Don't ever tell your bank your buying kratom. Yes, it's legal but the banks have deemed it high risk and they cancel the accounts of the vendor.
- Don't respond to any email from a financial institution and use the word kratom, mitragyna speciosa, maeng da, etc.
- Don't use any chat feature on any payment platform speaking about kratom.
- Don't give your credentials to anyone, competitors hate if other vendors have credit card processing. Hence, why we have the Platinum Membership. We keep our circle tight. :)
Thanks everyone. Kratom is not illegal BUT they are making it increasingly difficult for small businesses to make the transactions. These rules only apply to methods that involve debit/credit. So, only the Platinum members can see these rules and take advantage of our debit/credit payment system.
We do apologize about our methods, but, there aren't really many options left for the kratom vendor in the for of domestic card processing. We need to continue to support the AKA and hopefully we can change these things!
